QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
I trained at the University of Nottingham and completed a three year Masters Degree in Counselling (Distinction). I also have a degree in Psychology from Manchester Metropolitan University.
I am part way through my training as a Supervisor of Counsellors at The Sherwood Psychotherapy Institute in Nottingham. Supervision sessions for counsellors are available at a reduced rate of £45 per one and a half hours whilst in training.
My background is in Education and Midwifery.
I am a member of The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am bound by the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I am insured for Professional Liability.
I am committed to my own personal and professional development and attend regular counselling, professional supervision and training days.
